Motlow State Community College in Moore County is seeking a Dual Enrollment Regional Program Manager to oversee the dual enrollment program across an assigned region, coordinating with local high schools and community partners. This role requires strategic leadership and cross-institution collaboration to drive recruitment, enrollment, and student success.

The position involves data reporting, grant management, and advising in collaboration with high school counselors, with a salary of $48,717

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree earned from a regionally accredited institution
• At least two years of experience in higher education student services, program management or serving high school student populations
