Job summary

Motlow State Community College is seeking a Dual Enrollment Regional Program Manager to lead the dual enrollment program within a defined region, coordinating with LEAs and community partners and advocating for student success.

You will manage admissions, progress, and retention efforts, collaborate with high schools on dual credit opportunities, and ensure timely reporting and grant management. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience in higher education student services, program management or serving high school student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning for dual enrollment initiatives in an assigned region.
• Collaborate with area high school CTE directors to expand dual credit and enrollment opportunities.
• Assist prospective students with admissions processes and scholarship applications; advise on academic pathways.
• Prepare and submit required reports for program analysis and grant management; generate grade reports.
• Maintain communication with students through in-person, phone, email, and Navigate text messages; advocate for students.
• Assist with graduation processes and ensure enrollment in appropriate classes for degree/ grant funding.
• Verify student enrollment with counselors and school personnel; support access to online or on-campus courses.
• Support orientation, information sessions, and admissions processes as needed.
