Job summary

Bluegrass Community & Technical College seeks a Career Services Center Director to oversee career and work-based learning initiatives on-site at Leestown Campus. This grant-funded Manager, reporting to the Director of Career Services and Work-based Learning, will supervise navigators and staff and coordinate program activities.

The role focuses on employer engagement, pathway development, onboarding for credential-seeking students, and collaboration with admissions and advising to ensure student

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and two years experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversees career, employment, and work-based learning at Bluegrass Community & Technical College.
• Develops relationships with business and industry partners to promote work-based learning opportunities.
• Directs the development and implementation of high-impact career services.
• Supervises Career Navigators and provides staff leadership for the program.
