Peet’s Coffee in California is seeking a Grocery DSD Regional Manager to oversee a team of Route Sales Representatives and Independent Distributors. Based in the LA/Orange area, you will drive sales, brand development, route planning, and budgeting while mentoring staff to maximize efficiency.

The role requires leading field execution of marketing initiatives, strong communication, and a track record in DSD operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in DSD operations.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Experience selling at store and headquarter level.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Day to day route supervision of all field level activities.
• Coach and lead team to achieve targets for Peet’s Coffee product assortments.
• Collaborate with Account Sales to improve distribution and shelf/display support.
• Lead the field level execution of marketing initiatives.
• Train and manage Route Sales Representatives through weekly route riding.
• Review operational reports for policy adherence, profitability and budgets.
• Lead performance reviews for team members.
• Provide guidance to solve route service productivity issues.
• Oversee safe working conditions for Route Sales Representatives.
• Model Peet’s Mission, Vision and Values to the team.
