You will supervise local trainers, certify drivers, and partner with safety leaders on investigations across Tulsa, OK, Kansas City KS, and nearby markets.

The role emphasizes coaching, compliance with FMCSR and DOT CSA scoring, and robust program oversight, with travel roughly 70% and a starting base pay around $75,000 plus a 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years CMV management and 3+ years risk management.
• Expert in FMCSR Title 49 and DOT CSA scoring; reading SDS.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional onboarding for 75–100 drivers and audit trainer performance.
• Direct rollout of Driver Training Curriculum and Safety Manual; onboard and evaluate local Trainers.
• Coach safety standards and conduct hands-on evaluations.
• Lead final field check-rides, certifications, retraining and documentation.
• Partner with Area Safety Managers on incident investigations and DOT prep.
