Securitas USA Bay Area is seeking a District Manager to lead a diverse portfolio across multiple sites, strengthening client relationships and driving growth. You will focus on heavy scheduling and route mapping for mobile operations while ensuring efficient daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience, multi-unit oversight, and strong P&L capabilities, with the ability to guide teams and optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Service-first mindset with clear communication, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Experience in route mapping is a huge plus.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
• Strong operational, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent client interfacing and customer service history.

Responsibilities

• Lead district operations with alignment to corporate objectives and client expectations.
• Control costs, review P&L statements, and maximize profitability and growth.
