European Wax Center is seeking a District Manager to oversee corporate centers across Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri.You will lead Center Managers, drive staffing, scheduling, and local marketing, and uphold brand standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in service or retail, 2+ years multi-unit management, and strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills. This role requires field leadership with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years in a service or specialty retail environment.
• Minimum of 2 years managing multi-unit in a service or specialty retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns district performance across assigned corporate centers, driving top- and bottom-line results.
• Lead and develop Center Managers to deliver operational excellence.
• Maximize staffing, optimize scheduling, and local marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure brand and service standards across all locations.
• Drive guest experience and retention through KPI monitoring and coaching.
