European Wax Center is seeking a District Manager based in Colorado Springs area to lead multiple corporate centers with an emphasis on guest experience, brand standards, and operational excellence. The role requires travel across the district and driving profitability through coaching and strategic leadership.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, local marketing, and performance management to achieve top-line sales and EBITDA targets, with a compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 base plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years in a service or specialty store environment.
• 2+ years managing multi-unit in service or specialty retail is required.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multi-site centers to achieve Top Line Sales and EBITDA targets.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and profitability for the district.
• Hire, develop, and retain Center Managers; drive onboarding and succession.
• Ensure brand standards and guest experience across all centers.
• Forecast labor, scheduling, and productivity to meet demand and goals.
