European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to ensure every guest has a memorable experience while delivering financial results. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, coach staff, analyze business performance, and manage operations with an emphasis on front-desk sales.

This growth-oriented role offers paths to District Manager and requires at least 2 years of leadership in a multi-service store, proficiency in Excel and Word, and a passion for guest service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a retail or service environment.
• Experience coaching and developing staff to drive guest satisfaction and sales.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive front desk high-performance sales through authentic guest communication and coaching.
• Collaborate with District Manager and Regional Wax Trainer on performance planning and development.
• Analyze business reports and implement SMART action plans with leadership to improve results.
• Maintain brand standards, visual marketing, and operational efficiency across the center.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards and loss prevention guidelines.
