European Wax Center is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple corporate centers across Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri, driving profitability, staffing, scheduling, local marketing, and brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires coaching Center Managers, managing budgets, analyzing performance, and building high-performing teams with regular travel to centers. This is a field-based leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in a service or specialty store environment.
• 2+ years’ experience managing multi-unit in service or specialty retail environment.
