European Wax Center is seeking a District Manager to oversee 6 corporate centers across Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. The role focuses on driving top- and bottom-line results, staff optimization, and local marketing effectiveness in a field-based leadership position.

You will partner with regional leadership to ensure brand standards and exceptional guest experiences, while developing high-performing teams and sustaining profitability across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in a service or specialty store environment.
• 2+ years managing multi-unit in service or specialty retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line and profitability across assigned corporate centers.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and local marketing initiatives.
• Coach Center Managers to deliver superior guest experiences and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure accountability through performance reviews, coaching, and development plans.
• Promote a high-performance culture and continuous improvement across locations.
