Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead the performance of corporate centers in the assigned region, focusing on guest experience, brand standards, and profitability.

You will drive staffing, scheduling, and local marketing while coaching Center Managers to achieve top-line sales and EBITDA targets. You will travel regularly across Colorado markets, ensuring centers maintain high service quality, compliant operations, and a consistent brand experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a service or specialty store environment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multi-unit in a service or specialty retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive top- and bottom-line results across assigned corporate centers.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and local marketing efforts to improve guest experiences.
• Coach Center Managers to uphold brand standards and training.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and cost controls across centers.
• Travel regularly to centers to coach, observe, and drive performance.
