Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Operations for our corporate-owned locations.

The role focuses on translating priorities into practical tools, routines, and action plans while coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve center performance and guest experience. You will partner with district managers and corporate teams to implement standardized standards, drive safe operations, and ensure successful openings and integrations across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/operations/retail/hospitality.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, or consumer-service.
• Experience leading operational projects across multiple locations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and field resources to improve consistency and scalability.
• Drive consistent execution of priority operational initiatives across corporate-owned centers.
• Conduct center visits, audits, and safety assessments for compliance and performance.
• Lead acquisition integration plans and Day 1 readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, testing, and clear field communications.
