Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a District Manager to drive profitability and guest experience across the assigned corporate centers. You will lead and develop Center Managers, optimize staffing and scheduling, and execute local marketing to boost topline and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a service or specialty store environment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multi-unit in service or specialty retail environment.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive top- and bottom-line results across multiple centers.
• Coach Center Managers to deliver brand standards and guest experiences.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and local marketing effectiveness.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Monitor financial performance and implement SMART action plans.
• Travel regularly across the assigned market to ensure execution.
