Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit regional management in food/beverage, restaurant, hospitality or retail.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to hire, coach and develop a diverse hourly staff.
• Knowledge of store operations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategies to hit store financial, operational and customer-service goals.
• Provide expertise on customer service, staffing, and policy adherence across stores.
• Assist in labor management in coordination with regional teams and store managers.
