Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a District Manager to drive performance for 9-10 stores in the New Jersey market. You will lead regional strategies, hire and develop diverse teams, and ensure excellent customer service across your district.

You will oversee labor management, planning and operations to maximize top-line sales while upholding brand standards. Leadership experience in food/retail and a passion for cookies are a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as multi-unit regional manager in food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service-oriented role.
Ability to hire and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff.
Knowledge of supply chain, P&L analysis, customer service, compliance, HR policies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional strategies to hit store financial, operational and customer-service goals.
Provide expertise on customer service, staffing, store operations, and policies.
Assist in labor management in coordination with regional teams and Store Ops Managers.
