Job summary

Metrie is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple stores across the district, ensuring adherence to standards and effective execution of merchandising and service initiatives.

You will supervise a field team, drive sales performance, and manage safety, training, and communications between stores and the National Field Service team. This role requires travel and strong leadership for consistent brand delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience within Metrie Retail or equivalent in retail/merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail.
• Experience providing excellent customer service while managing customer relationships.
• Experience managing remote team, preferably in a service or merchandising environment.
• Track record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day district operations to uphold Metrie standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop field service team and merchandising staff.
• Manage inventory, data integrity, and store program execution across up to 55 stores.
• Ensure safety compliance and a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Travel regularly to customer locations to supervise and train staff.
