Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) seeks a Regional Distribution Sales Lead to manage relationships with distributor branches and drive profitable growth across the region. This role coordinates training, support, and joint planning with major distributors to expand ACS market share.

You will lead QBRs, collaborate with marketing, and help execute regional campaigns while traveling 30–50% as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, distribution management, or channel development in electronics or interconnect industry.
Strong understanding of distribution sales models and experience with major distributors (Arrow, Avnet, Future, TTI, Heilind, PEI, Master, Digikey, Mouser).
Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships and drive sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with distributor leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor sales branches and corporate locations.
Act as primary liaison between ACS and local distributor partners to align on growth strategies.
Provide technical, pricing, and sales support to distributors and their customers.
Deliver branch-level product training to distributor sales teams.
Drive POS growth through monthly analysis of Amphenol data.
Develop joint pipeline and target lists with distributors to grow ACS share.
