Amphenol Communications Solutions seeks a Distribution Manager North America to drive growth through distribution partners, strengthen key relationships, and expand revenue across North America. You will collaborate with sales, product management, and distribution teams to achieve ambitious targets.

The role requires experience with major distributors, strong relationship-building, and travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of sales, channel, or distribution management experience in electronics/interconnect.
• Experience with major distributors (Arrow Electronics, Avnet, Mouser, DigiKey, Future Electronics).
• Proven track record of revenue growth through distribution channels.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Willingness to travel across North America.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow relationships with key North American distribution partners.
• Develop and execute channel growth strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead regular business reviews, forecasts, and strategic planning with distributors.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service to support channel initiatives.
• Maintain accurate channel forecasts and monitor market trends.
