ETNA Supply Company in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to oversee a 90+ employee operation and a sizable delivery fleet. You will lead through a team of managers, supervisors, and team leaders to drive operational performance, safety, accuracy, and dependable service.

You will set expectations, align staffing with customer needs, and translate daily challenges into measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree preferred with related industry experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership or operational experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience supervising warehouse, distribution, logistics, or delivery operations desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, yard, shipping, receiving, and delivery operations with safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service as top priorities.
• Develop and coach a workforce of 90+ employees, driving performance and accountability.
• Align staffing, schedules, and workloads with order volume and delivery requirements to maintain service levels.
• Oversee delivery scheduling, route coordination, driver assignments, and fleet readiness, including inspections.
• Establish consistent practices for receiving, storage, picking, loading, inventory counts, returns, and transfers.
