Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Regional Distribution Analyst to drive profitable growth across Travelers’ business units. You will plan and execute regional strategies, manage agency relationships, analyze performance data and support compensation and M&A activities.

You will coordinate with regional teams, prepare reports, and lead or contribute to regional projects and meetings, ensuring effective communication with agents and brokers throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, finance or business.
• 3+ years of insurance industry experience in agency or marketing.
• Property & casualty knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regional reports for agency results and meetings.
• Coordinate agency support with regional and local teams.
• Assist in coordination of agency compensation, mergers & acquisitions updates.
