Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Regional Distribution Analyst for the Enterprise Distribution Management (EDM) team. You will plan and execute regional strategies, support agent/broker relationships, and help coordinate regional events.

You will work with the Senior Analyst on complex compensation, agreements, and M&A scenarios. You will prepare reports, maintain distributor profiles, and oversee regional EDM budgets while collaborating with multiple business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing, finance or business.
3+ years of insurance industry experience in agency or marketing.
Property and casualty experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in managing complex data.

Responsibilities

Prepare reports for meetings and agent/broker results.
Coordinate agency support with regional and local teams.
Assist with mergers & acquisitions documentation and agreement updates.
Facilitate communication on agent/broker initiatives and maintain distributor profiles.
Coordinate regional EDM events and manage the marketing budget.
Support regional agency planning and participate in regional projects.
