Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit operational leadership across multiple states.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to execute strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and empowerment to Venue Directors.
• Build leadership pipeline through succession planning.
• Monitor performance and conduct regular reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for enterprise initiatives.
• Travel to venues to coach operations and ensure hospitality.
