Topgolf is seeking a Regional Director to lead operational excellence across multiple venues in Southern California. The role focuses on strategic direction, people development, and delivering exceptional hospitality at scale.

You will travel to venues, recognize excellence, and elevate standards across a national footprint. The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-unit leadership in food & beverage operations, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record of coaching senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations.
• Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute strategic action plans.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Operational Leadership: provide strategic direction and training to Venue Directors of Operations to align with sales goals and brand standards.
• Talent Development: build and sustain a leadership pipeline through succession planning.
• Performance Management: set goals, monitor progress and conduct reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching: travel to venues, observe operations, coach, and ensure consistent hospitality.
