• Strong relationships within the financial aid/higher education sector are essential.
• Experience in a financial aid office is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory: manage relationships with every financial aid office in it and drive plan, calendar, budget and results.
• Build relationships by communicating Juno's value to financial aid offices and schools.
• Attend conferences, campus visits, and run webinars using the standard deck.
• Keep CRM up to date: contact, last touch, next step for every active account.
• Support members during peak borrowing season with timely answers and 1:1 help.
• Leverage AI for institution research, RFIs, call prep and follow-up.
