Job summary

Sacbar seeks up to fourteen Regional Directors to own a territory and drive engagement with financial aid offices across campuses. You will build plans, schedule activities, and deliver results while acting as a trusted voice for Juno.

You will travel about 30% of the year, cultivate relationships, run webinars and campus visits, and ensure CRM accuracy as part of a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial aid administration or related role serving students.
• Strong relationships within the financial aid/higher education sector are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and manage dozens of institutions with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with travel and campus engagement is required.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory: manage relationships with every financial aid office in your region.
• Build and execute campus outreach plans, webinars, conferences, and partnerships.
• Maintain CRM with contacts, last touch, next steps, and clear pipeline.
• Deliver educational content and answer questions about Juno's model and outcomes.
