Job summary

Join Juno is seeking up to fourteen Regional Directors, each owning one territory, to engage financial aid offices and build partnerships across universities. You'll travel, host webinars, and educate administrators about Juno's private loan options.

We value 3+ years in financial aid administration or higher education partnerships, and you must thrive in a fast-growing, data-informed environment. This is a dynamic, field-based role with significant cross-campus collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial aid administration, student lending sales, higher education partnerships, or a closely related role serving students.
• Having strong relationships within the financial aid/higher education sector is a must.
• Time in a financial aid office is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory: Every financial aid office in it; build plan, calendar, budget, and deliver results.
• Build Relationships: Demonstrate value and gain buy-in from financial aid offices and administrators.
• Live in your associations: Capitalize on memberships, sessions, and networks; credibility matters.
• Get on campus: Attend conferences, conduct campus visits six to eight times a year.
• Deliver webinars: Run institutional sessions from the standard deck; practice and present.
• Keep your CRM true: Maintain named contacts, last touch, and next steps for each account.
• Feed intel back: Share competitor info, campus changes, and student questions to product/marketing.
