Job summary

Topgolf Entertainment Group is seeking a Regional Director to own the Florida market, accountable for revenue growth, cost management, talent development, and guest experience across multiple venues.

You will build leadership teams, drive performance through General Managers, and travel frequently to venue sites, including evenings and weekends as needed. Relocation to Florida is expected for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi‑unit, high‑volume operational leadership across multiple states.
• Proven ability to drive results and coach leaders to improve venue performance.
• Willingness to relocate to Florida and travel frequently to venues.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional business including revenue, labor, costs and profitability across every venue in the market.
• Lead and coach General Managers and Venue Directors of Operations to align with sales goals and brand standards.
• Build leadership talent pipeline and succession plans within the region.
• Partner with Finance, People, Marketing, Sales, Culinary, and Facilities to support enterprise initiatives and priorities.
