Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Regional Director to own the Florida market, overseeing a group of venues and driving revenue growth, cost control, and guest experience across all locations. You will build leadership teams, coach General Managers, and align venues with enterprise priorities.

The role requires traveling frequently, including evenings and weekends, with on-site presence at venues and strong accountability for results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states.
• Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability across multiple venues with full P&L ownership.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-revenue environments (F&B, events, entertainment) is a plus.
• Must be in, or willing to relocate to, the Florida market.
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned market, including some overnight stays.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional business including revenue, labor, costs, and profitability across venues.
• Build and coach leaders, drive performance through GMs and Venue Directors of Operations.
• Set direction for the region, develop leadership teams, and ensure accountability.
• Drive engagement with enterprise priorities and local market opportunities.
• Represent the brand and ensure compliance, safety, and guest experience standards.
