Music & Arts is seeking a Regional Director to lead School Services across a multi-state geography, developing high-performing multi-level teams and strengthening educator relationships.

You will drive regional performance across rentals, repairs, product sales, and new school program acquisition, while enforcing data discipline, pipeline governance, and Salesforce usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years multi-unit or multi-state leadership experience.
• Proven success coaching leaders, managing field performance, and accountability at scale.
• Strong CRM platforms experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience leading through change and implementing new standards.
• Strategic leadership with executive presence and cross-functional influence.
• Operational rigor, execution discipline, and data-driven decision making.
• Conflict resolution and culture transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers to ensure regional leadership capability.
• Drive territory coverage, cadence, and governance across the region.
• Own regional performance across rentals, repairs, product sales, and new program acquisition.
• Enforce pipeline management, forecasting rigor, and Salesforce documentation.
• Develop regional growth strategy using datasets and CRM insights.
• Provide strategic guidance on district engagement and long-range planning.
• Oversee field time, coaching cadences, and governance across the region.
• Ensure educator satisfaction and seamless cross-functional customer experiences.
