Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking an Education Account Manager to partner with schools and grow our programs across rentals, repairs, and products. You will cultivate educator relationships, drive program adoption, and serve as a trusted liaison between Music & Arts and students, teachers, and districts.

You will manage outreach, schedule visits, and coordinate with Guitar Center stores to maximize educator support and store activation while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering exemplary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, education outreach, or community relations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture educator relationships with schools and districts.
• Grow rental, repair, and product adoption across assigned territory.
• Maintain timely outreach and robust pipeline in CRM with next steps and dates.
• Coordinate with stores, logistics, and support teams to ensure educator success.
• Host educator events and activate store partnerships to increase engagement.
