Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking an Education Account Manager to build relationships with schools from elementary to high school and drive rental, repair, and product growth. You will act as the primary liaison between Music & Arts and schools in your territory, expanding program adoption and serving teachers, students, and the community.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer engagement, or community relations experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with educators, administrators, and district decision-makers.
• Expand territory footprint using prioritized regional school lists.
• Establish weekly outreach rhythms (calls, emails, school visits, virtual meetings).
• Drive net-new program creation, renewals, and expansions across rentals, repairs, and products.
• Partner with Regional Logistics Coordinators to stay focused on client-facing activity.
• Host educator nights and community events with local stores.
• Ensure timely resolution of educator inquiries about rentals, repairs, and products.
• Maintain professionalism, ownership, and collaborative problem-solving in educator interactions.
• Lead with optimism, accountability and teamwork.
