Job summary

Junior Achievement of Southern California (JASoCal) seeks a Regional Director to oversee the Inland Empire, guiding strategy, fundraising, and program oversight. This senior leader drives partnerships with school districts, donors, and community stakeholders, ensuring revenue growth and strong student impact.

You will lead regional staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with the President & CEO and executives to advance organizational priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years leadership experience in nonprofit management.
Proven success in achieving revenue growth, cultivating strategic partnerships, and leading fundraising initiatives.
Proven experience working with boards, executive leaders, and community stakeholders while leading high-performing teams and complex organizational initiatives.
Strong financial, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for regional performance, priorities, and organizational effectiveness.
Translate strategy into regional goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
Lead regional fundraising strategy and build a diversified revenue pipeline.
Cultivate, solicit, and steward partners and major donors.
Serve as primary staff liaison to the regional board and lead governance activities.
Cultivate partnerships with school districts, educators, and community stakeholders.
Lead and develop regional staff and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Be a visible ambassador for JASoCal across sectors and engage in business outreach.
