The role emphasizes governance, coaching, and achieving fiduciary standards across multiple plans.

You will drive product adoption, manage budgets, train staff, and partner with sponsors while aligning with corporate policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 7–10 years experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong management, coaching & leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional team to execute growth strategy.
• Maximize adoption of Empower products and services.
• Ensure regulatory and fiduciary standards are met; monitor records.
• Conduct training to improve service, compliance and policy adherence.
• Build partnerships with plan sponsors and stakeholders.
• Participate in sales presentations with senior leadership.
• Oversee expenditures to meet budget.
