Qualifications

• Extensive track record of success in asset management wholesaling or institutional sales.
• Established distribution relationships with key decision-makers and gatekeepers at retirement aggregators, recordkeepers, and consult firms.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation strongly preferred.
• Proven history of success in driving measurable AUM growth and managing a commercial territory.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing, sales, and client service programs for current clients and prospects.
• Work with senior Retirement and Institutional team members to fully develop opportunities.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with staff at all levels of a client’s business.
• Provide constructive feedback on market strategies and trends to the executive and investment management teams.
• Lead complex technical investment discussions with an institutional audience.
• Act as a thought partner to prospects and clients.
• Partner with advisors to streamline practices toward fee-based advisory models.
• Deliver high-impact presentations on investment philosophy at meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate with product specialists and client relationship teams to support complex needs.
