Qualifications

• Extensive track record of success in asset management wholesaling or institutional sales.
• Established distribution relationships with key decision-makers at top retirement aggregators, recordkeepers, and consultants.
• MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation strongly preferred to match technical sophistication.
• Proven history of driving measurable AUM growth and managing a commercial territory.
• Deep commitment to Dimensional’s evidence-based investment approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts clearly.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and accountability.
• Strong time management and prioritization of high-value territory activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing, sales, and client service programs for current clients and prospects.
• Work with senior Retirement and Institutional team members to fully develop opportunities.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with staff at all levels of a client’s business.
• Provide feedback on market strategies and competitive trends to leadership and product teams.
• Lead complex technical investment discussions with institutional audiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients.
• Partner with advisors to streamline practices toward fee-based models.
• Establish yourself as a thought partner to wealth management teams.
• Deliver high-impact presentations on investment philosophy and performance at meetings and events.
• Coordinate with product specialists and client relationship teams to support complex advisor needs.
• Serve as a spokesperson for Dimensional’s research and investment theory.
