Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a Regional Director for the Retirement Group to lead proactive sales initiatives and expand client relationships in a designated territory. You will leverage investments knowledge to partner with clients, managing complex discussions and delivering Dimensional’s investment solutions.

The role requires a strong client-service orientation, relationship-building across all levels, and a deep understanding of the firm’s philosophy.

Qualifications

Extensive track record of success in asset management wholesaling or institutional sales.
Established distribution relationships with key decision-makers at retirement aggregators and institutions.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CIMA preferred.
Proven history of driving AUM growth and territory management.
SIE, Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses required; must be obtained within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing, sales, and client service programs.
Build deep relationships with staff at all levels of a client’s business.
Lead complex investment discussions with institutional audiences.
Deliver high-impact presentations on investment philosophy and performance.
Own territory P&L by increasing revenue and AUM.
