Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC in Phoenix is seeking a Community Manager to oversee HOA communities, deliver exceptional service, and drive a high-performing culture.

This role includes policy interpretation, budgeting, vendor management, contract administration, board liaison, and monthly reporting, with a hybrid schedule after a 90-day training period.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in community/property management, a high school diploma or higher, and CMCA/CAASP/CAAM preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• 2 years full-time professional experience as a Community Manager/Property Manager.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CMCA/CAASP/CAAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, review and understand governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations) and applicable statutes.
• Interact with homeowners, vendors and service providers to maintain high quality service.
• Create and disseminate communications to owners via newsletters, emails, and the web.
• Solicit, negotiate and execute contracts for vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and submit bid specs and work orders to vendors/service providers as needed.
• Plan, budget, advertise, execute and attend Association events with Board approval.
• Develop and implement policies as directed by the Board and AAM.
• Review monthly management/financial reports and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Prepare annual budgets with the Board and coordination with vendors.
• Review, modify, code and approve Association invoices.
• Schedule and facilitate annual and special Board meetings.
• Interview, hire and train employees; provide performance feedback and discipline as needed.
• Exhibit proactive management and lead future growth initiatives.
• Perform other duties as directed.
