Ascent Hospitality is seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen commercial performance across an assigned portfolio of select-service and full-service Hilton and Marriott branded hotels.

This leadership role requires building market share, developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering measurable results across multiple properties and markets. Travel is extensive.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive hotel sales experience.
• Multi-property, regional, or portfolio-level leadership experience preferred.
• Experience as Regional Director of Sales or similar senior role.
• Proven success driving sales across multiple hotels, in select-service and full-service environments.
• Knowledge of Hilton and Marriott brand systems, sales resources, and account management.
• History of developing and executing strategies that grow market share and revenue.
• Experience leading and coaching sales teams across properties.
• Strong understanding of market segmentation, corporate negotiated accounts, and group sales.

• Ensure effective prospecting, lead generation, and financial performance.
