Ascent Hospitality seeks an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of hotels. This role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, and financial accountability across properties, guided by corporate standards.

The ideal candidate will coach General Managers, drive profitability, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards. Travel to properties is required, with a focus on developing teams and improving performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.
• Experience as General Manager or Regional Director of Operations.
• Strong understanding of full-service and/or select-service hotel operations.
• Experience leading and developing General Managers and hotel leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, P&L, labor costs, forecasting, and expenses.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership for an assigned portfolio of hotels.
• Partner with General Managers to set goals, monitor performance, and drive excellence.
• Coach and develop General Managers and hotel leadership teams.
• Monitor revenue, labor, expenses, profitability, and budget performance.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Support revenue growth, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall performance.
• Ensure adherence to guest service standards, safety, and operations.
