Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.
• Experience as General Manager or Regional Director of Operations.
• Leadership of full-service hotels; multi-property experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management.
• Ability to travel ~80% of portfolio.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic operational leadership across an assigned portfolio of full-service hotels.
• Partner with General Managers to set goals, monitor performance, and drive operational excellence.
• Coach and develop hotel leadership teams to strengthen performance.
• Monitor revenue, labor, expenses, profitability, and budget achievement.
• Analyze reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing to grow revenue.
• Ensure guest service, cleanliness, safety, quality standards across properties.
• Travel extensively to provide hands-on leadership and guidance.
