Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• One to two years of hotel sales experience preferred.
• Good time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aggressive solicitation of new business through various sales activities.
• Cultivate lead sources and territory development with proactive selling.
• Develop strategic account plans and manage client relationships.
• Prepare and send proposals; move opportunities to closure.
• Represent hotel in local, regional, and national events and trade shows.
• Coordinate marketing ideas to grow market share and occupancy.
