Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead the area cluster Sales team and drive revenue across multiple hotels. You will manage on-property sales, set booking goals, and build long-term client relationships to achieve hotel sales objectives.

You will implement key sales initiatives, collaborate with regional leadership, and cultivate community partnerships to grow occupancy and RevPAR. Strong leadership, communication, and market insight are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education required; college education preferred.
• At least three years of hotel sales experience selling a multi-hotel complex.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy and meet booking goals.
• Lead on-property sales team and coordinate with Regional Sales leaders.
• Develop strategic accounts and grow market share.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and participate in trade shows.
• Provide customer intelligence and respond to market trends.
