Job summary

Mobia Medical, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead a high-performing commercial team and drive adoption of Vivistim Paired VNS Therapy across a region.

You will coach Territory Managers and Therapy Development Specialists, build sustainable referral networks, and collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, market development, and the ability to scale programs in a fast-growth medtech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of commercial experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience launching or commercializing Class III medical devices or highly clinical technologies.
• Experience building programs and developing new markets.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining top-performing commercial talent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and business analytics skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building abilities.
• CRM systems such as Salesforce experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Startup or high-growth commercial experience.
• Travel: Domestic travel 75%.
