As our Clinical Leader/Regional Director of Nursing, you will:

1. Be an important voice to the team in terms of ensuring we are creating experiences for the people we serve and for our team members through our priorities, processes, and supports.
2. Partner with MDS Coordinators and Directors of Nursing to audit MDS records and care plans, ensure accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and provide education or information regarding MDS/RAI processes.
3. Provide tools, resources, and education to local teams, with continual monitoring of quality, identification of risks and trends, and the ability to implement timely and appropriate corrective actions to maintain quality and compliance.
4. Educate and consult with Directors of Nursing, Executive Directors, and others to develop policies, systems, and processes to enable WesleyLife to prepare for regulatory changes and ensure successful implementation.
5. Conduct audits and assessments within our communities (e.g., mock surveys) to review clinical standards of practice and compliance with State and Federal regulations. Partner with local team members to develop improvement plans.
6. Facilitate the development and implementation of clinical systems and services related to QAPI, Social Services, and Dietary Consultation.

Opening Available: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, with a flexible schedule. On-Call Schedule: Rotating throughout the week and weekend.

Competitive Pay: The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000/year, based on experience.

Qualifications & Experience

Required: 5 years of Director of Nursing experience, with at least three years of leadership in a geriatric setting.

Preferred: Expert knowledge of RAI, clinical reimbursement, regulations, quality assurance, compliance, and medical practices.
