As the Director of Nursing, you will lead our clinical team of nurse managers, floor nurses, and certified nursing assistants to provide high-quality nursing care. You will advocate for patients, communicate with families, and develop your team.
Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year
• Director of Nursing Bonus Plan

Daily responsibilities include:

• Promoting hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with residents, families, and visitors
• Supervising nursing staff, providing direction, training, recognition, and evaluations
• Assessing residents' conditions and ensuring proper nursing care
• Implementing nursing standards through policies and record-keeping
• Collaborating with leadership to resolve operational issues
• Scheduling staff meetings for planning and coordination

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• Current RN license in Michigan and CPR certification
• 3-5 years of experience in long-term care, including 2+ years in an administrative role
• Knowledge of long-term care nursing and resident needs
• Strong customer service skills and dedication to quality care
• Team player committed to supporting colleagues
