As the Director of Nursing, you will lead our clinical team of nurse managers, floor nurses, and certified nursing assistants to provide exceptional nursing care. Your role includes advocating for patients, communicating with families, and guiding your team’s development.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

Daily Responsibilities:

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to patients, families, and visitors
• Supervise nursing staff, including assignments, training, and evaluations
• Assess residents' conditions and ensure proper nursing care
• Implement nursing standards through policies and procedures
• Coordinate with facility leadership on operational matters
• Conduct staff meetings for planning and resident care continuity

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or higher)
• Current RN license in Michigan and CPR certification
• 3-5 years of long-term care experience, including 2+ years in an administrative role
• Strong clinical knowledge of long-term care nursing
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for innovative care
• Team player committed to supporting colleagues
