Regional Director of Nursing – Multi-Facility Oversight (Eastern Michigan)
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 annually + company phone + mileage reimbursement Location: Three skilled nursing/long-term care facilities in Southeast/Central Michigan

Are you a seasoned nursing leader with a passion for quality care and operational excellence? We are seeking a Regional Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical oversight and support across three long-term care facilities in the Southeast/Central Michigan area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to facility DONs and nursing teams.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Oversee the development and execution of Plans of Correction following state surveys.

  • Conduct regular audits and support quality assurance and performance improvement efforts.

  • Collaborate with administrators to ensure high standards of care and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Michigan license.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care leadership roles.

  • Proven experience with state surveys and developing successful Plans of Correction.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel between assigned facilities (mileage reimbursed).
