Regional Director of Nursing – Multi-Facility Oversight (Eastern Michigan)
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 annually + company phone + mileage reimbursement Location: Three skilled nursing/long-term care facilities in Southeast/Central Michigan
Are you a seasoned nursing leader with a passion for quality care and operational excellence? We are seeking a Regional Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical oversight and support across three long-term care facilities in the Southeast/Central Michigan area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to facility DONs and nursing teams.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Oversee the development and execution of Plans of Correction following state surveys.
Conduct regular audits and support quality assurance and performance improvement efforts.
Collaborate with administrators to ensure high standards of care and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Michigan license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care leadership roles.
Proven experience with state surveys and developing successful Plans of Correction.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel between assigned facilities (mileage reimbursed).
