POSITION OVERVIEW

Here's what you'll do:

• Assist with recruiting and interviewing for campus Director of Nursing positions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and clinical teams to ensure efficient, compliant practices.
• Conduct clinical system audits to promote regulatory compliance.
• Partner with campus leadership to improve training programs.
• Identify areas for improvement and help teams implement better practices.
• Support health campuses during state surveys, including policy research and regulation interpretation.
• Maintain professional knowledge of laws and regulations affecting healthcare systems.

If you have these qualifications, we’d love to chat:

• RN degree from an accredited nursing school
• Valid state RN license
• Current CPR certification
• 3-5 years of RN experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care (geriatrics preferred)
• Experience in multi-facility environments
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel regularly between division campuses
