Join our not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of dedicated service to seniors in a Christian environment. We are seeking a Travel - Interim Director of Nursing - Long Term Care at Good Samaritan.

Job Details

• Location: Remote, SD (Central Time)
• Shift: Day
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Travel: Willingness to travel to CO, IA, KS, MN, ND, NE, and SD facilities

Job Summary

Provide temporary nursing leadership in long-term care facilities, ensuring high standards of resident care, compliance with regulations, and effective management of nursing staff. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, developing clinical programs, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Must be able to travel frequently to various facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; graduate from an accredited program preferred
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
• Knowledge of nursing practice act, standards of care, and management techniques
